The Women @ CTI Networking program 2024 in Berlin offered a dynamic platform for women in the automotive industry to connect andexchange ideas.
Highlights included a pre-event networking reception and insightful roundtables such as “Equity – what is it and how do we embed it within theworkplace?” led by Claire Saville, Operational Marketing Manager – Driveline at Infineum UK Ltd and “Opportunities for Women in the Automotive &Supplier Industries” moderated by Sabine Calvo from Renault Group.
Participants also engaged with start-ups and took part in a guided tour of selected exhibitors, highlighting the latest innovations and fosteringcollaboration within the industry.
