Set-up: Monday, 2^nd December 2024

Group 1: 8am – 2pm
Group 2: 10am – 4pm
Group 3: 12am – 6pm

Dismantling: Wednesday, 4^th  December 2024 // After end of the symposium, 5.30 pm – 12.00 pm

Dismantling before 5.00 pm is not allowed. Please consider this when planning the return trip of your colleagues. Please remove all your goods on Wednesday as there are no storing capacities any longer.

Waste management

There will be waste containers for carpet, bulky waste and trade fair construction waste behind Convention Hall II for the duration of the set-up and dismantling of the symposium.

Inside Convention Hall II, we will again provide 1m³ garbage cans on wheels for plastic & paper, which will also be emptied regularly by our staff.

Anything that cannot be placed in these garbage cans inside the hall or is too large must be taken by the stand builders themselves to the appropriate waste container outside.

Please pass this information on to your stand builder if you are not having your stand constructed by our stand builder SMC. Our stand builder SMC is already familiar with the regulations.

We are working with our logistics provider Bischoff again this year.

You can find all the important information about the local delivery situation here:

• Deposit for “Truck more than 20t”: please also 100,00€ in cash.  All vehicles must pay a one-time fee.
• We offer an alternative parking lot in Ziegrastraße 1 with a parking space for trucks up to a maximum height of 3.5m. The entrance height of the underground parking garage is max. 1.90m.
• Enclosed you will find the current delivery map. The central access point for all forwarding agents & stand builders remains the familiar “Gate 1”.
